"Leslie Dougherty is the absolute best broker and real estate agent there is! I wasn't even seriously looking when I bought my first home, but she knew what I wanted before I did. The second I walked into the home I said "let's put in an offer." This was when cash buyers ruled the market and FHA first time home buyers were being priced out. She coached me and helped me write a personal letter to the seller. Less than 24 hrs later I was in escrow! When certain FHA requirements needed to be met such as peeling paint on the fence Leslie and her husband painted the fence! A few years later when I was moving across the country, she helped me find the right buyer. Again, when last minute things happened and needed to be fixed Leslie stepped up and did it! She operates as more than your agent she truly cares about every single client as if they are family. Her calm demeanor can make what could be a stressful situation easy and helps her clients become knowledgeable about the process. I don't know of any other real estate professional who would drive 12+ hours in one day just to make a client happy or do a small errand in order to complete a transaction. The only reason I did not have her as my agent in my current home is because I bought in Colorado. However she did refer me to another agent, and I had another serendipitous 24 hr offer acceptance.
